Delegate’s founding partner, Valipat is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the 2017 Trends Gazelle Award, for being one of the fastest growing and most inspiring companies in the Brussels region, in a ceremony held in Brussels last month. They would like to thank their valued customers for their trust over the last few years… this award also belongs to them!
The award comes at an exciting time for Valipat - industry leaders in IP administrative services including: European patent validations, PCT national/regional phase entries, standalone translations, direct filings and IP recordals - following a merger with Envoy International last year. Together, with Envoy, Delegate’s - other founding partner, a specialist provider of IP renewals and annuities services - they now provide services to 550+ customers and employ 135 people across 5 countries.
From beginnings as a start-up company in 2008 until now, their success has undoubtedly been a result of the unparalleled level of commitment they provide to our customers. The driving force behind the growth is satisfaction. Valipat and Envoy are renowned in the industry for prioritizing customer service and client satisfaction — it’s what sets them apart from competitors in an increasingly crowded marketplace.
Customers now benefit from a broader range of IP administrative services, helping increase the value added to their businesses. Furthermore, the complementary nature of the services presents a substantial opportunity for synergies, resulting in increased investment in the development of additional innovative solutions.
Despite rapid growth, they have managed to maintain an entrepreneurial spirit and the positive aspects of start-up culture. Employees are encouraged to express their ideas and implement them, ensuring their work environment remains dynamic and innovative.
Moving forward, the plan is to keep the momentum going and will continue to provide high quality customer service, and efficiently manage growing business volumes while remaining flexible and responsive to evolutions in the IP field.
